998 Workers At The Presidency; My Opinion

I see this as jobs for Ghanaians which has helped to reduced the huge unemployment in the country, or is it now wrong for H.E Nana Addo to get people employed?

I thought everyone had always been of the view that H.E nana addo should create more jobs for the many unemployed.

Aside that, I have learnt that out of these 998, about 500-600 of them were employed by the NDC of which they were given appointment letters around December, 2016 by the H.E Mahama Administration. More over, out of these 998, about 700 are currently permanent workers under the current government working as public servants.

Further more, It would have been wrong if they were/are found to be ghosts. So the question is are they ghosts or they really exist and are getting duly paid for their work?

Now to do a good argument, let us do some economic analysis, please has it also had any negative effect on the economy? Note, with a good look through the economic indicators especially considering indicators such as rate of budget deficit, GDP growth, inflation, policy rate, exchange rate and others which should have been negatively affected or should have shown negative signs, it shows a big NO!, in fact all these indicators are showing positive signs in favour of the economy. The signs and performance of economy have been so positive that World bank, A mo Ibrahim winner, Tony Blair, Fitch, moody have all attested to it that the economy is currently the best since 2014. In fact, this economy is being so managed well under H.E Nana Addo that Liberia is even appealing to H.E Nana Addo be of help in the management of theirs.

If you still have a problem with this employment for Ghanaians at the presidency, then please push for nana addo to also sack the many Ghanaians such as the 10000 health workers, 3000 security men, 20000 GES staffs, 7000 employed under YEA, 3000 under cocoa production, 1000 under the planting for food and jobs, 1000 agricultural extension officers, allowances for the 1000s of the training college students, jobs for the many in the various ministries and other institutions, and others who have recently been employed under just this one year under H.E Nana Addo's rule but had been unemployed for close to 4-8 years, because they are/will also be feeding on the tax payers' money.
