I am verily aware and believe same to be true that, the appointment and approval of Martin Alamisi Amidu will not give him the opportunity to respond to your article because he now stands as a quasi judicial officer under the office of the special prosecutor Act,2017( Act 959) with same terms and conditions of an appeal court judge under section 12(4) of the Act.I have taking my time to go through your article to Martin Amidu and i can authoritatively conclude that,you lack serious understanding of the supreme court judgement that declared the woyome payment as unconstitutional within the ambit and purview of article 181 clauses 1,2,3,4,5 of the constitution of Ghana.

Your failure to understand the judgement of the apex court as a PhD holder is worrying. Seriously, it is either you have not taking your time to read the judgement which is in clear terms where the method that was used in defiling the public purse was explained by Justice Jones Dotse in an *"obiter dictum"* as *create,loot, and share as if there was a looting bridage for such an enterprise*

Woman, I want to use this opportunity to expose your ignorance on two key words you focused on in your article in respect of Mr Amidu's responses to question posed to him by the vetting committee concerning the allegations of corruption against John Mahama and other appointees contained in articles published by Mr Martin Amidu. Your claims were that, Mr Martin Amidu went on a " vilifying tangent" because of words like " perception and opinion" in his allegations against some members of the NDC. Simple common sense should have informed you that, perception is always based on accurate intelligence.

Even the Ghana police service in investigation of crimes act on intelligence. Institutions like the Economic And Organised Crime Office(EOCO) , the Bureau of National Investigators(BNI) Fedral Bureau of Investigators(FBI),Criminal intelligence Agency(CIA) , Criminal investigation department (CID)were all founded on principles of intelligence. As a country we are even graded with regards to corruption by the Corruption perception index(CPI).Anytime there is a corruption index report, we put it on our public discourse and debate it to find solution to the bane of our progress which is CORRUPTION. As a PhD holder, i expected you to know that, allegation of corruption by perception cannot be "mere" and a vilification tool as captured in your write up.

Again, you failed to understand that, the woyome fraudulent payment couldnt have happened had it not been the elastic collusion of people in government and woyome himself on the face of the supreme court judgement. I want you to take a critical look at the opinion of the judge who described the unconstitutional payment as *create ,loot and share*. Who created the loot ? who are those who facilitated the loot? who are those who shared? Common sense didnt inform you in the English lexicon that, the word "share"in the context of *LOOT* is to " *give out as one's portion*.

Woman, if a first degree holder in Business Administration( Accounting) could digest the substance of such an opinion from Justice Jones Dotse, then as a PhD holder you should be able to understand that, opinions are also put in a judgement of a court based on the facts and evidence adduced by both parties in court. Your attempt to ridicule Martin Amidu for using " perception and opinion " to answer questions of allegation he made shows that, you are shallow minded. Simple application of logic and common sense shouldnt have been precarious to you as a PhD holder who should have known better at your age.

Woman, Auditor General report which is a judgement of a high court are based on opinions. Are you also telling us that, such reports are useless because you seem not to value anything that comes from expression of opinion.? Martin Alamisi Burns K. Amidu has won the admiration of majority of Ghanaians because of his outstanding and remarkable principles of political ideologies. It will take you 500years to even go closer to his records in practice as an eminent and astitute lawyer. Your needless and childish attacks on his personality will continue to expose you and your paymasters to the public. At this material moment, i will sign off for the meantime And continue the next day If the need be.
