Enlightenment Diary

*MOTIVATION*
Everyone is special before God. God sees us so special. Don’t look down on yourself because God isn’t looking down on you. Everyone is on earth for a purpose. Nobody is born on earth without a purpose. God has specifically handed over something great to you to accomplish here on earth. You are not an accident. Your parents may claim they gave birth to you by accident but God is saying a different thing. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome says, *“You may have been born by parental accident but you are not a divine accident.”*

*_“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”_* (Jeremiah 1:5)

The above portion of the Bible lets us know without any doubt that God has a plan for our lives. He told Jeremiah look, before you were formed in your mother’s womb, I knew you and before you were born I (God) set you apart and made you my prophet. That is exactly what God is telling us today. God knew you before you were formed in your mother’s womb and He (God) has set you apart for greatness.

A lot of people still complain today. They look down on themselves. That is not the picture God wants us to see about ourselves. Moreover, the Bible says *_“there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus…”_*(Romans 8:1). Jeremiah did the same thing. He condemned himself. He looked down on himself because he was looking at his inabilities.

*_"Then said I, Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.”_*(Jeremiah 1:6). That is the same thing most people are saying today. God I cannot do that. God I cannot do this. God I am a child. Most people are looking at the wrong things. Don’t look at the wrong things. Refuse to look at the wrong things. Because if you look at the wrong things you will speak the wrong words. Philemon 1:6 says, *_“That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”_* God says we should look at the good things He has deposited in us. Paul tells Timothy in 1 Timothy 4:12; *_“Let no man despise thy youth.”_* Do not despise your youth. You can do great things. Let’s see God’s response to Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:7; *_“But the Lord said unto me, Say not, that I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak”._*

God is saying to you today like He said to Jeremiah; don’t say you are a child. Don’t say you cannot do it. Don’t say you cannot achieve that. You can because it isn’t your ability you are going to use but God has deposited that ability you need to accomplish that task for which He brought you on earth for. That power to do is inside of you. The Bible says; *_“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us._*(Ephesians 3:20). The power is in us therefore we can do that task.

This generation is waiting on you to come up. They are really waiting for you to write that book, discover that mystery, etc. look at what the Bible says in Romans 8:19 *_“For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.”_* The whole world is waiting on you to manifest. Imagine what the world would have been if Jesus had held back His purpose on earth and had never died for us. Imagine what would have happened if Paul had also held back and not reached out to the Gentiles. Imagine if Thomas Edison gave up or held back like light bulbs wouldn’t have been invented. Don’t be waiting for somebody to bring the solution. You are the solution and the answer to your world. So wake up and bring the best out of you to solve a problem of the world.
