Aflao, Aug. 10, GNA - A Hyundai Grace mini bus travelling from Agbozume to Denu in the Ketu District on Monday, knocked and killed a pedestrian instantly, at Akanu, near Denu.
Togbe Amevor Haligah, 56, a native of Akanu was at the edge of the road on his way to visit a relative at about 0615 hours, when the vehicle, driven by Etse Kokoroko knocked him down from behind.
Mr Baba Moro, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in charge of crime told the GNA at Aflao that the body has been deposited at the Aflao Central Hospital mortuary pending autopsy while Kokoroko is assisting in investigations.
