RIGHTS, FREEDOM AND JUSTICE RESERVED TO THE ELITE, RICH AND PRIVILEDGED
08.06.2013 LISTEN

Rights ; An abstract idea of that which is due to a person or governmental body by law or tradition or nature to be enjoyed by all persons without regard to race, color, tribe, ethnicity and many more yet reserved to certain groups of persons.

Freedom ;a condition of being free; the power to act, speak or think without externally imposed restraints' and must be enjoyed by all citizens of a country including Ghana.

Justice; The quality of being just or fair
Many are the people who in this 21th century has been stripped of their right, freedom and justice directly or indirectly by persons, leaders etc who are supposed to know better and yet feel no remorse about it, and since these leaders control the systems the victims have no platform or opportunity to be heard and lucky ones get the chance to escape the system but many are left degenerated and helpless.

Abuse of Rights, Freedom and Justice of person crops from class/elite system reserved to few persons which needs to be bridged by all concerned to in order for persons to enjoy equal rights, freedom and justice

'FEW CLASS/ELITE SYSTEM'
CLASS/ELITE; A group or class of persons enjoying superior intellectual or social or economic status

directly or indirectly created by the system or managers of the system, why do I say so a country where most of the people are left uneducated because they lack resources such as easy access to education by building proper school structures, providing books, fully equipped libraries and enough learning materials or free compulsory education to be enjoyed by all.

People in rural areas are mostly the ones who suffer all these dangers because they lack standard schools like the ones in the city and it makes their 'class' less than that in the city, but as a leverage, I think all schools no matter where it is located in the country must have all the standard equipments needed to offer training.

You walk in town and see children with most of them below 18yrs hawking on the dangerous streets and yet government is not doing anything to get these kids out of the streets to enter classrooms but rather drive pass them in their luxurious 4x4 wheels a case of denying people of their Right, Freedom and justice. Please Mr. Government enough of the 'material gains' and selflessly take care of us because that is the main reason we voted you to power.

The lucky ones who are able to struggle through the education system with barely empty stomach also come out successfully and face unemployment problems, moving from one office to the other in search for job to also offer their quota to the country as citizens, but the popular term 'whom you know' or 'who knows you' always relegate them back to the wall because employers will employ their children or friends or relatives another clear case of denying ones Right, Freedom & Justice , Government please create industries to absorb us, as we come out of schools, or atleast give us inputs such as lands, seeds, fertilizer and start up soft loans so we can grow food to feed the country to reduce moneys spent in importing even food to feed ourselves as a country with trained Agriculturists.

One pathetic situation is one becomes hopeless if he/she never stepped into the classroom or after completing Senior High School , please 'Mr. Government' through your MP's ,MCE's and DCE's please create nationwide community based youth training centers to train them to be handicraft equipped in Carpentry, Welding, fitting, tailoring, hairdressing, barbering, photographers, computer technicians etc and this will help reduce the increase in 'kayaye's (head porters) on our streets and also, because with such training centers and sponsorships they can be dependent on themselves after completion and pay tax as well during practice of their trade and government will have free mind to focus on other nation building projects other than that the class system will deny these people their rights, freedom and justice, since the 'class and privileged elite' will engage them as porters, maids and maltreat them .

Fair distribution of amenities also can put one in a 'class' over the other, most rural communities till now lack basic amenities such as proper electricity, good roads, clean water, health facilities etc Teachers, Health workers etc fail to go to remote areas all because such places lack certain basic amenities that makes their stay unpleasant and people in such communities are always denied good education, better health care and can't even bring their produce to the market to sell and make money to promote their economic growth because they don't have good accessible roads to cart them and their goods, yet government go there to campaign for votes to come to power and isn't it an insult to them to vote and yet get no proper care from government and until government put measures in place to bridge these gaps these people will continue to struggle to catch up with the 'class or elite' in the cities, and they will always fall victim to these 'class or elite' system, before these people can fully enjoy their rights, freedom and justice government must raise their standard of living through proper provision of amenities.

Another 'class' struggle people relegated to the wall face currently is illegal mining by foreigners especially Chinese all because one way or the other opinion leaders, security and government representatives who are suppose to protect them are forming alliance with these foreigners to dupe the people, a lot of issues has crop up currently about these Chinese illegal mining activities and government has been too slow in eradicating these problems, many reports have been carried out over pits left by these 'killers' killing people.

Government representatives, opinion leaders and security must be blamed because they have connived to extort money from these foreigners and have allowed them to carry out their barbaric acts, without regard to environmental effects such acts leave on people, with my little knowledge I know cyanide is one compound that destroys water bodies , these opinion leaders enjoy clean pipe borne waters in their homes far situated from these communities and what about us the indigenes who fetch water from rivers to drink? if the 'class/elite' care about our future they wouldn't have putting us in this ransom and they must be 'chased' away including the foreigners as early as possible, government must sack all its representatives in such communities because it is a clear case of denying the indigenes their right, freedom and justice.

SOCIAL FRONT
Other ways that has been observed to also promote right, freedom and justice denials include maltreatment of less privileged persons engaged by the 'class/elite' as porters and house helps. Porters are engaged in petty quarrel with the 'class/elite' who engage them and pay less what is suppose to be due them, more so many homes must be visited to see how house helps are treated on daily bases, some are made to do all chores in the house and the only benefit they get is 'food' to eat they are denied education by their 'masters' or even financial remittances. They can work all day without getting pace to rest and yet nobody care about that, is about time government pass laws to barn all these 'modern forms of slavery' in our homes and put measures in place to put them through education or trade to make them self sustainable other than these treatments meted out to them by these so called religious 'class/elites' who don't even know their religion preaches about equal rights, freedom and justice.

Most people are denied their right through activities of 'scorn men' who poses as 'men of God' placing them in the 'class/elite' zone and subject a lot of people to traumas that deny them of their rights, freedom and justices, Government must put his foot down to halt the activities of all these 'scorn men' as quickly as possible if they have all the power they claim, they should selflessly go to the hospitals, mental homes etc to freely save those suffering from sicknesses other than fooling the masses, extorting monies from them ignorantly and creating broken homes day in day out by setting confusions in families all in the name of 'miracle', is that what their 'Master Jesus Christ' supposedly taught them? Government must step in because it is the duty of every government to protect and guard the rights, freedom and justice of its people.

YOU AND I
As citizens and patriots of this country we shouldn't put ourselves in the 'class/elite' system due to a privilege we might have on our disposal but rather step in the shoes of all persons without regard to race, color, ethnic, tribe etc because we will be remiss if we fail to guard the country from all forms of menace that goes a long way to destroy the country, such as mismanaging or abusing public offices, finance and properties.

In as much as we are bent on protecting the country, activities of persons and government must be criticized and talked about because government is there for our good and they make opinions that affect us so if we shut up on issues detriment to the nation we all go down together, lets form and join active groups that will have a strong mouth piece to put government on track, because our mouth is what we got for now, we don't want war or agitation to solve our problems.

Ghana belongs to you and I and our activities can directly or indirectly deny one his/her rights, freedom and justice.

'Until the philosophy which holds one race superior and another inferior is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned, everywhere is war and until there are no longer first-class and second-class citizens of any nation, until the color of a man's skin is of no more significance than the color of his eyes. And until the basic human rights are equally guaranteed to all without regard to race, there is war. And until that day, the dream of lasting peace, world citizenship, rule of international morality, will remain but a fleeting illusion to be pursued, but never attained... now everywhere is war.'
