The get-together was to afford the ECG, Tema region, the opportunity to interact with its corporate clients, as well as brainstorm on how best they can improve upon performance.

Speaking at the party, Mr. Felix Fiebor, Tema Regional Director of the ECG, pointed out that for every business to grow, there was the need for some form of interaction between the management of the company and clients from time to time, to enable management understand the challenges customers go through.

This, he said, would help management to come up with strategies that would help grow the company positively.

The Tema Regional ECG boss appealed to clients to endeavour to draw the attention of the management to issues that tend to negatively affect the company, so that they can sit up and re-direct their efforts where it matters most.

Mr. Fiebor called on the Ghanaians to report faults to the company as soon as they find any, and also report illegal connections, tampering of meters, stealing of power, and other activities that disturb the network, which eventually causes power outages.

He assured the customers that not only would the ECG continue to work with them, but also help address their needs.

Mr. Jackson Daniel Agyemang, Tema Regional Commercial Manager of the ECG, hinted that information reaching them indicates that there were a number of people going about parading themselves as staff of the ECG, but who indeed are not, and warned the customers to be careful with the people they work with.
