Ghana international striker Razak Pimpong will arrive in Egypt on Thursday evening to hold talks with two clubs who are interested in signing him.

The 25-year-old will leave his base in Norway to hold talks with giants Zamalek and El Masry over a permanent move.

A source close the striker told Ghanasoccernet.com: "I can confirm that Pimpong is leaving tonight for Cairo for talks.

"He is fed-up with being on the bench and he wants to go somewhere he can get real action to continue with his career.

"These days this are good prospects in the Egyptian league with good remuneration who why not?   Razak will talk with them and see what the deal brings."

Pimpong, who plays for Vikings, has struggled to get regular playing time at the club which resulted in his decision to leave the Norwegian club.

He was loaned out to rival club Alesund at the start of the season but he only played a bit-part role.

Pimpong played for Ghana at the 2006 World Cup in Germany but his inability to play regular football in Norway has cost him his national team place.

He can regain his place in the Black Stars if he impresses with the Egyptian clubs in continental club competition.
