Ghana youth international Opoku Agyemang scored CS Sfaxien's opening goal in their 2-2 draw to lift the Caf Confederation Cup against Etoile Sahel on Saturday.
Agyemang scored after just two minutes at the Olympic Stadium to claim his fourth goalin the competition.
On 37 minutes, Abdul Karim Nafti doubled the lead to make matters worse for Etoile, who needed three goals to overturn the deficit.
Emeka Opara and Aymen Bouchioua brought Etoile level after scoring on 75 and 78 minutes respectively.
The 19-year-old Agyemang last played for Ghana during the 2007 Africa Youth Championship qualifiers.
His compatriot Sadat Bukari was on the losing side.
