Polytank launches new product

A new 30,000 litre tank has been launched onto the Ghanaian market by the Executive Director of Polytank, Ashok Mohanani.

In a speech Mr. Mohanani said "this is the largest product that has ever been produced by Poly Group of companies and is the largest tank in Africa.'

The Executive Director said the company, which was established in 1992, had produced a variety of plastic products and that 'this largest innovation began 11months ago.'

He disclosed that until now Polytank had been manufacturing up to 10,000 litre tanks only.

The Director said new sizes with storage capacities of 12, 000; 15,000; 20,000 and 25,000 litres would be launched soon.

He further stated that Polytank was working towards rainwater harvesting projects and water conservation because 'we believe water is life.'

Mr. Mohanani appreciated the contributions of the company's distributors and users of its products which he maintained, had helped it come that far.

Some faithful customers were awarded.

Both the Platinum (the highest) and the Best Outlet Awards went to DO- DAVE Enterprise in Kumasi and the rest of the awards went to other distributors who came from all parts of the country.

In an interview with The Statesman , the Platinum Award winner, Dora Owusu, expressed her appreciation for the honour done her and said she would continue to work with the Poly Group as long as her company exists in Ghana.
