Somotex Rolls Out More Branches

SOMOTEX GHANA Ltd is rolling out more retail outlets throughout the nation in an attempt to get closer to its clients.

The recent showroom to be opened by the company's retail arm named, 'Somovision' is located at Adenta, SDA Junction in Accra.

Somotex, which is part of the Polygroup of companies that commenced operations over four decades ago, has 13 showrooms throughout the country. The 14th is to be commissioned in Tema before the end of the year.

Ashok Mohinani, Executive Director, Poly Group of Companies at the opening, noted that the company which deals in electrical appliances has since its arrival in Ghana been at the forefront of delivering quality, innovative products with style from world class and famous brands.

On the opening of more branches, he said, “We want to serve our customers better.”

On the prospects of the company, he stressed, “We are still poised to get closer to our customers, and we will be opening more branches.”

When asked about the uniqueness of the company, he explained that it delivers high quality customer service, and prompt after sales service that ensures that its customers are comfortable with gadgets.

The company, he said, also has service centres in all its areas of operations with up-to-date materials and equipments to serve its clients better.

Joel Hyde, Managing Director of Somovision reiterated that the opening of the Adenta showroom would help the company serve customers in and around the Akuapem Ridge.

“We have the largest manpower, which makes us the number-one in terms of products, quality service and prompt after sales service company in the country.”

The opening, which attracted a large crowd of residents as well as passers-by, was enough evidence that the object of the company was worth it.

Pallav Rastogi, Senior Manager of Somotex Ghana Limited assured its customers that the prices of the products, which are moderate, cut across “no matter where the showroom is located.”

He therefore urged customers to patronize the company's goods from the showroom nearest them.
