NDC Communicator fires back at NPP Youth Organizer, described him as 'lazy, attention-seeker'

Mr. Kokroko Maxwell, a National Democratic Congress (NDC) communicator in the Biakoye constituency, has launched a scathing attack on Mustapha Salam, the National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Mr. Kokroko Maxwell described Mr. Mustapha Salam as "lazy" and an "attention-seeker" during an appearance on Dream FM's "Dream in the Morning" show hosted by Nana Yaw Asiamah.

Mr. Kokroko Maxwell's comments are in response to Mustapha Salam's accusation that the NDC had copied the NPP's policies of absorbing tuition fees for all first-year tertiary students. He added that the NDC will not be able to implement it well because they didn't initiate it.

Kokroko Maxwell disputed Salam's claim, stating that the payment of fees for level 100 tertiary students has been an NDC policy since 2020, as captured in its manifesto.

''Mr. Salam is a very lazy youth organizer comparing him to NDC's George Opare Addo and NPP's Sammy Awuku. We hardly hear from him like his predecessor Sammy Awuku. We expect him to go round trumpeting their policies and more but look at him now. He is saying this about NDC just for attention,'' Kokroko stated.

Mr. Kokroko reiterated that the payment of fees for level 100 tertiary students has been an NDC policy since 2020.

''This is not even new Nana, it is captured in our 2020 manifesto so this man should go and read it and be abreast with things,'' he added.

Mr Kokroko admonished Mr. Salam to worry about how to fulfill their numerous failed promises to Ghanaians.

''Instead of him finding ways to fulfill their numerous promises, he is claiming this one belongs to them. Have they done the 1D1F? One Village one dam is there staring at them. They promised to move from taxation to production, have they achieved that? They should solve problems rather than fight over policies. I expect Mustapha to be worried about their failed policies that turned out to be mere slogans. He should get to work,'' Mr. Kokroko said.
