Election 2024: Stay away from NDC that offers nothing but fear — Ahiagbah

NDC Election 2024: Stay away from NDC that offers nothing but fear — Ahiagbah

The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has slammed the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), accusing the party of scaring Ghanaians rather than offering real solutions.

Richard Ahiagbah, National Communications Director of the NPP urge voters via social media on Monday, April 15, to reject the NDC in 2024.

He said the NPP under Vice President Bawumia's leadership is the best choice for continued progress.

In his post, Ahiagbah stated: "Let's take a bold step towards progress with Bawumia as our leader. Let's reject any idea of regression and embrace the promise of sustainable economic growth, employment opportunities, and expedited development."

"Stay away from the NDC that offers nothing but fear in the guise of improvement. Let's not be deceived. Instead, let's vote for Bawumia and the NPP, the team that can genuinely deliver on their promises,” he added.

Meaning, Ghana is currently facing severe economic headwinds including high inflation, a struggling currency, and rising cost of living.

Opposition political parties have criticized the government's handling of the economy, accusing it of being corrupt.

However, the NPP says Ghanaians should stick with their track record of development rather than turning to the empty alternative presented by the opposition NDC.
