NPP, NDC only care about their greedy interest, not the well-being of Ghanaians – Buaben Asamoa

Former Director of Communications of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Yaw Buaben Asamoa has accused the ruling party and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of prioritising greed instead of the well-being of Ghanaians.

Speaking to Kasapa FM on Tuesday, February 26, Mr. Asamoa said the NPP and the NDC have taken Ghana as their bonafide property and want to do anything they like with it.

According to him, neither the NPP nor the NDC cares about the Ghanaian people.

“The two political parties have made Ghana as if it's their property. Even in selecting their respective flagbearers, the NPP and NDC don’t care about the Ghanaian people but their greed,” Yaw Buaben Asamoah said.

The former NPP Director of Communications continued, “Look at the NDC, what could make them re-elect Mahama to lead them as flagbearer looking at how he destroyed Ghana’s economy during the time he was president. He is the first President in Africa who lost an election by over a million votes. What is he coming to do for us in four years?”

Yaw Buaben Asamoa is currently a key member of the Movement for Change, working closely with former Trade Minister Alan Kyerematen.

He has urged Ghanaians to ditch the NPP and NDC in the 2024 General Elections and vote for Alan Kyerematen to become Ghana’s next President.
