The Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for ShaQ Express, Anthony Owusu-Ansah has advised young entrepreneurs not to leave their day jobs for the reason that they work for annoying bosses.

According to the entrepreneur whose delivery business is doing so well, one should only quit his main job and concentrate on his business when he is certain it is time to commit and make a living out of it.

Mr. Anthony Owusu-Ansah shared this advise with other entrepreneurs during an interview on MTN’s Just Be Series aimed at inspiring the youth.

The founder of ShaQ Express also urged young entrepreneurs to strive to beat obstacles and ensure money for the business is managed properly.

“Be mentally strong and say to yourself that no matter the obstacle you will keep moving. The key and most important thing is, always be you.

“Always make sure that your books are the best. Always make sure you are aware of what you are doing and know what you are doing,” Anthony Owusu-Ansah shared.

Joining as one of three entrepreneurs for this edition of the MTN Just Be Series, Priscilla Korshie-Sherrie, the founder of Love Kitchen & Delivery Guys encouraged young entrepreneurs to take networking seriously.

She urges the youth to move on if attempts to starts a business fails.

“Please run all your business through your account. Make sure everything passes through your account so you can have statements to present to banks for loans. Prove your business is being run properly to investors. Don’t be scared if your business fails. Learn from it and carry on with what you want to do,” Priscilla Korshie-Sherrie advised.

Adding his voice, CEO of AJ Vanush Shoes, Kelvin Adjei Darko urged the youth who want to become entrepreneurs to always believe and trust their intuitions.

He explained that starting a business is very difficult but with focus, time management, proper scheduling, and determination one can succeed.

He also advised that entrepreneurs should only spend after profit and not channel the capital of the business for personal use.
