A Kumasi based-based reggae artiste, Jackson Elvis Etuah a.k.a. Papa Jay has observed that Ghanaians who circulate lies about the potency of covid-19 vaccines are nation saboteurs who harbour ill-intentions to see more death in the country.
Speaking to the Modernghana News in reaction to the anti-covid-19 vaccine campaigners, Mr Etuah who also doubles as the Chief Executive Officer of the Unity Link Foundation (ULF), a Kumasi based peace advocacy Non-Governmental Organization underscored noted that from all indications, the presence of covid-19 vaccine cannot be discredited with lies.
He commended scientists and researchers who have so far discovered some vaccines to stop the spread of the pandemic, stressing that it is, for this reason, the government of Ghana should be praised for its lobbying skills to have 600,000 covid-19 vaccines delivered to Ghana.
Mr Etuah said he sees no wisdom in the critics who intend to use lies and smear campaign to thwart government effort in vaccinating the country against the virus.
Mr Etuah noted President Nana Akufo Addo cannot afford to front for dangerous drugs to be brought in to kill Ghanaians.
Mr. Etuah said the vaccines has come at the right time where the pandemic continues to spread.
He advised Ghanaians not to fall prey to the conspiracy theories and take part in the vaccination exercise.
