This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Miss Malaika Ghana beauty pageant and organisers say they intend to make the 2012 edition the most memorable in the history of the pageant.
The Miss Malaika pageant has never been the same as each year it comes up with new and refreshing concepts to heighten the excitement the pageant has been known for.
According to Charterhouse, the organisers, this season will see a competition free of the weekly dreaded evictions. There will be ten queens coming up with ten projects to compete for that prestigious and all important crown and a brand new prize car.
The prize package also includes an all-expense paid international trip, a wardrobe, jewellery, beauty products, ambassadorial duties and lots of cash.
Miss Malaika is open to young beautiful and intelligent Ghanaian women between the ages of 18 and 25 years. Interested ladies are to text their name to the short code 1757 across all networks and get ready for the national grand auditions on Saturday June 23.
