Togo head coach Claude Le Roy stormed out of the media room after their 1-1 draw against Kenya on Monday night.

Togo came to the game on a back of a loss against Comoros in their opening group game of the 2021 AFCON Qualifiers and needed a result to be at per with the rest .

After Harambee Stars' head coach Francis Kimanzi had given his sentiments on the game, it was time for Le Roy to share his thoughts, but the Frenchman refused to discuss football on the night.

“I am not going to answer any football questions tonight because there was no football today,” Le Roy said as he left the media room, much to the amazement of the waiting journalists.

Le Roy bile had been boiling all through the game and had one of his technical staff handed a yellow card after they felt that the match official was being unfair to them.

The draw leaves the Togolese rooted at the foot of the group with Comoros, who held Egypt to a goalless draw on Monday leading the pile on four points. Both Stars and Egypt are on two points each.
