Ghana’s only representative in Continental Competition Kumasi Asante Kotoko has announced that the club will engage Premier League side Ebusua Dwarfs in a friendly this Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Porcupine Warriors after being handed a walkover in the first match of the CAF Confederations Cup are currently preparing for their next match next month.
The match according to the pairings will be against either Kenyan side Kariobangi Sharks or Djibouti side Artar Solar.
Kariobangi holds a 6-1 lead from their first leg with Artar and looks the likely opponents for the Kumasi based side going into the second leg.
As part of preparations to ensure the teams stays in shape for the clash, Kotoko will be playing Dwarfs this Sunday.
They have also indicated that they will follow Sunday’s clash with another friendly with Inter Allies. This time around the match will be played at the Tema Sports Stadium.
“The Porcupines will engage Premier League side, Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs, at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday before another crunch encounter with Inter Allies at the Tema Sports Stadium on Wednesday”, a statement on the clubs official website revealed.
