Vociferous football administrator, Abdul Salam Yakubu believes the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee lawyer Prosper Harrison Addo is working hard for the Ghana Football Association but must always consider the clubs before taken any major decisions.

The legal practitioner relinquished his position as the chairman for the Disciplinary Committee following several criticisms after Wilfred Osei Kweku Palmer accused him publicly of being untruthful on his decision between Dreams FC and Tema Youth which was later sent to CAS for the final ruling.

After the decision by the Disciplinary Committee by the Ghana Football Association, CAS ruled that Dreams FC should be demoted whiles Tema Youth should be in the topflight.

However, Abdul Salam believes Prosper is really working hard after his reappointment but must always consider the clubs before any ruling.

“I don’t have any problem with Prosper Harrison Addo.” He told Accra based Happy FM. “He is doing very well after his reappointment as the head of the Disciplinary Committee.

“My only problem is that I don’t understand why a club playing in Division Two will be asked to pay GHC10,000 or more meanwhile he is not getting that money at the end of the season.

“Sometimes the supporters will misbehave and the team will be asked to pay GHC5, 000 or more which I think it not helping the clubs and the league. I think he should always think about the clubs first before any major ruling because I am sure that he knows that there is no money in the league that we are playing.

“I will commend him for the good works he is doing because there are no pending cases on like before but he must always think about us first because we are the people doing the football in this country.” He added.
