Barcelona ace Samuel Eto'o wants to see more Africans given a chance by Europe's big clubs.
The Cameroon striker has been in good form since his return from injury for the Spanish giants Barcelona.
"I am very pleased to see the great African top scorers emerging in the European leagues like Kanoute, Drogba, Dindane,” Eto'o told a Cameroon newspaper.
“It is a good thing and it cheers me.
“There's been so many barriers put up against us in Europe that to see so many doing well brings me great happiness. "To that end, I hope that we are opening the doors to the next generation. I would like to see Barca, Real Madrid, AC Milan and Chelsea sign six Africans each.
“These clubs sign six or seven Brazilians, so why could they not also sign Africans?"
