The Ghana Football Association has been cleared to fix a date for the replay of the outstanding premier league match between Hearts of Oak and Tema Youth.
This follows the decision of an Accra High Court to throw out a suit brought against the FA by three fans of premier league sides, Tema Youth, AshantiGold and Liberty Professionals.
The court hearing the matter Thursday morning dismissed the fans' application and awarded 10 million cedis cost against each of them.
The three fans jointly sued the Ghana Football Association seeking to restrain it from declaring its representatives for the 2007 CAF Competitions in November 2006.
The GFA acting through the Professional league board can now fix a date for the match which has been outstanding since October last year.
Hearts failed to show up for the match because it claimed to be respecting an injunction placed on the league by a football fan, Emmanuel Otu Kwei.
