Swiss Super League giants FC St. Gallen has sealed the transfer of Ghanaian international Kwadwo Duah, Modernghana Sports can report.
The young midfielder has been signed from Swiss lower division outfit FC Wil after impressing in the 2019/2020 football season.
“FC St. Gallen 1879 has made another transfer for the new season and signed Kwadwo Duah”, an official club statement has said today on the back of successful negotiations.
It continued, “The 23-year-old midfielder, who can also play in attack, joins FCSG from FC Wil 1900 and receives a two-year contract until summer 2022, with an option. It was agreed not to disclose the terms of replacement for Duah, who still had a contract with Wilern until 2021”.
Having played impressively well last season, Kwadwo Duah will now hope to replicate the same form when the new season commences.
He made 33 appearances in the Swiss Challenge League last season and managed to score 12 goals while providing 5 assists for FC Wil.
