Who wins NPP Ashanti Regional Chairmanship race?

The contest for the Ashanti Regional chairmanship of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is gaining momentum with the vetting of the five aspiring candidates.

Although there are other positions at stake in the upcoming regional delegates conference, the one that is being fiercely contested is the regional chairmanship, which has five party stalwarts battling it out in a who-is-who affair.

They are the incumbent, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, who is gunning for a third term; a former Afigya Kwabre South Constituency Chairman, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, also known as Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah (COKA); a former Member of Parliament for Ejisu, Kwabena Owusu Aduomi; a former Asokwa Constituency Chairman, Robert Asare-Bediako, popularly known as Chairman Asare-Bediako, and Oheneba Kofi Adum Bawuah.

The regional conference is scheduled for a venue yet to be determined by the Election Committee on Saturday, May 27, 2022.

It is clear even to the blind that COKA shall win. Unseating Wontumi is communal labor and an all inclusive agenda by NPP-Ashanti and borrowing from Wontumi's words “it is a movement stronger than apartheid”.

#Womtumi Must Go
#COKA Must Come

In life, progress is impossible without change. In politics, sometimes there must be change of leaders for power to be gained

Npp is willingly to break the 8 with the help of great and determined leaders.

Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah is the Moses of our time!

There must be change for #COKA to lead

To bring back the love for NPP in the Ashanti Region, Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah (COKA) is ordained to perform that magic for that successful rescue mission. Ashanti Region is ever prepared to give him the massive support he needs to have NPP secure the 2,000,000 votes to Break the 8 in a grand style with the spirit of working together. #COKAICare

Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah is the right man to lead Ashanti region NPP, only if the we want to break the 8. And I know very well well that the delegates can not trade this crucial agenda with money or I know him syndrome. It's all about breaking the 8. So let's all rally behind the unifier, strategic, visionary and the charismatic leader, Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah.

COKA …… onim y3!!!!!!

There's no doubt that CoKa will win, because he's the man that we need in the Ashanti region, a man who's patriotic, elegance, who knows how to manage his works, who care for his people but we don't need a who talks anyhow because of what he have, and that's why Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah must win this Election, cause he deserves to be the Next Ashanti regional chairman...
