Even black star matches our state station can't telecast for us to watch. People are poor and can't even aford the TV's you want to tax them on but our leaders are not looking at how to make them afford their daily bread and the small entertainment too they do with generators without proper light you want to take it from them so me I strongly disagree and any party that will implement it will never get my vote till I die from this earth.
