To NPP I Say, “A Stitch In Time Saves Nine”

Feature Article To NPP I Say, A Stitch In Time Saves Nine
FEB 14, 2018 LISTEN

It has always been my fervent wish that the more farsighted New Patriotic Party (NPP) when it comes to power, will stay longer for its implemented noble policies to gain deep roots to make them impossible to be easily uprooted and chucked away by the short-sighted National Democratic Congress (NDC) when they happen to take over power. However, as wishes are not horses for beggars to ride, the unexpected always happens.

Yes, the little-mind is back from his lair to rant to the annoyance of the supposedly highly-educated, but the obviously Do-Littles of whom Dr SAS and Co. probably belongs. A certain Mallam from Wenchi has made some shocking speech revelations which are circulating on the social media of which I have received some on my WhatsApp. He talks about the illness of the Vice President, how it came about and how the Mallam was snubbed by the Vice President’s wife etc.

This coupled with the publicly revealed numerous prophesies make one begin to suspect the lengths people go to in their desperation to achieve their aspirations and how some Ghanaians have turned into charlatans if not opportunists to exploit others. Having said this, I shall only have to advise people to honour the payment of their promises made to these teeming prophets and mallams most of whom are fake. Most of them are seeking fame and cheap money hence their daily doomsday prophesies. After that, make sure not to visit them anymore to guarantee yourself your peace of mind.

In case any NPP member consulted any of them for whatsoever, please just go and honour your promise made to them even though they are now being discovered as fake. A promise is a debt to pay but not the debt itself but for your freedom and peace mind, just pay them whatever you promised them to regain your peace of mind without being tormented in the way the mallam is threatening to do to some people.

Why can’t they approach the persons concerned without uttering such revelations on air and in their churches? If it is not for cheap popularity what else can it be, I demand an answer from them.

I know of two or three men of God whose revelations come across same as revealed. However, they don’t publicise themselves. They don’t tell anyone about what they see about others. When you see them, they are very humble, almost poor and they do not seek money from anyone but share the little they have with the poor. Yes, these are the true men of God but not those exploiting people by their mostly false prophesies proclaimed on top of mountains and in the valleys.

Generalised prophetic proclamations without precision must be considered mostly fake. Important personalities will die, many lorry accidents will happen etc. are all doubtful prophesies. Whether important or not, people will die. However, whoever is able to make precise prophetic revelations but not predictions is the one to be taken with all seriousness. Even in this case, the so-called prophet must please secretly contact the affected individual rather than going public with such messages.

On this note, may I take this opportunity to caution my own maternal place of birth (Juaben–Ashanti) kinsman Prophet Owusu Bempah not to allow himself to be pushed by the media to always make public prophesies most of which are shrouded in doubt?

It is not compulsory for one to declare prophesies that may raise doubt in the minds of people about their veracity. Even in the bible, at times when God asked His prophets to send a message across to people, a prophet would ask, how could I be believed that it is coming from you God? However, in today’s Ghana, every Tom, Dick and Harry hurries to prophesise without pausing to ask God or himself how the public will perceive him or her.

At the rate that charlatans have been churning out prophesies, one cannot tell which one is genuine and which one is fake. We can only do so by reading the bible with deep understanding of it.

Anyone with a genuine prophesy must please find a secret means to communicate it to the person concerned without making a public fanfare about it.

Could we please go on the YouTube to learn more about the revelations made by one reformed Prophet Obotan about how Ghanaian prophets and pastors are mostly fake? One of them is under the headline, “Fake Pastors in Ghana - Prophet Obotan Reveals Top Secrets ~ End times bible prophecy” and under the link:

I rest my case.
