Hon. Moses Abor, former NPP Greater Accra Regional Youth Organizer and Founder of the Blue Army Movement (BAM), visited the newly established NPP Northerners' settlement in Mallam on Friday, February 21, 2025.

His visit marked the launch of Operation Touch Base, an initiative aimed at strengthening party unity, addressing grassroots concerns, and laying the groundwork for a strategic push toward victory in the 2028 elections.

During his engagement with the community, Hon. Abor expressed gratitude to the chiefs and stakeholders who facilitated the land acquisition for the settlement. He acknowledged past disappointments and apologized to party members, urging them to stay committed to the NPP's mission. He reassured them that the grading of the settlement was a top priority and called for unity, emphasizing the importance of forgiving past government appointees who had not treated the grassroots fairly.

Community members welcomed Hon. Abor's outreach, reaffirming their unwavering loyalty to the party while voicing concerns about the "Father-for-All" approach, lack of grassroots support from leadership, and the need for more proactive engagement from party officials.

As a symbol of solidarity, Hon. Abor distributed BAM-branded T-shirts, urging members to rally behind the movement. Declaring that the campaign for 2028 starts now, he called for aggressive grassroots mobilization and assured them that the new NPP would prioritize the concerns of its base.

Under BAM, Hon. Abor’s team will intensify grassroots engagement, expand support for base supporters and ghetto communities, and hold leadership accountable to ensure the voices of grassroots members are heard.

With renewed energy and a strategic plan in motion, the NPP is positioning itself for a comeback in 2028. As Hon. Abor passionately stated, "Victory starts now—let’s make it happen together!"
