MTN promises customer satisfaction at 2023 media and stakeholder forum in Ho

MTN Ghana has assured of satisfactory customer service in consolidating its gains over the years.

Addressing some stakeholders at its Annual Media and Stakeholder forum in Ho, Thursday, August 3, 2023, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MTN Ghana, Mr. Selorm Adadevoh said the company has positioned itself to always ensure its customer service is excellent.

"Investment in customers is a very key and prudent investment in customers is making it possible in achieving customer satisfaction as an organization," he said.

He said by 2025, MTN will inject a whopping amount of USD 1billion into expanding its networks. This, he said forms part of its ambition 2025 digital solutions for Africa/Ghana geared towards improving customer experience and satisfaction.

The CEO, emphasising the importance of technology in today's digital world, said, the company is investing 25million dollars in the building of Ghana's ICT hub to empower the youth by creating an enabling environment and employment opportunities as technology is leading the change all over the World.

He assured stakeholders of MTN's resolve in protecting customer data and necessary information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, MTN Ghana, Mrs Georgina Asare Fiagbenu said the Forum over the years has been a very fruitful and important engagement for the company to take feedback on its operations.

The forum on the theme: "Leveraging Technology to Serve Customers with Excellence, "was attended by the media, academia, industry players, government officials among other stakeholders.
