Dubai-based Emirates Airline has unveiled its special Companion Offer for First and Business class passengers, valid until 31st March 2007.

The Emirates' Companion offer allows any two passengers flying together to obtain the second ticket at half price, that is at a remarkable 50 percent discount.

The Companion Offer, which is available to select Emirates" worldwide destinations, is subject to a minimum stay of three days and a maximum stay of three months at the chosen destination.

Adwowa Boohene, Emirates' Sales Manager, Accra explained: "The Companion Offer from Emirates is unique as it affords more flexibility to our passengers.

The offer is not limited to couples only but is available to any two people who book and travel together to the same destination. We are also allowing passengers to have separate return dates and/or stop over in Dubai.”

Travellers taking advantage of this offer can choose to stopover in Dubai either on the departure or on the return trip. Those who opt for Emirates' Dubai Stopover package and book hotel accommodation with the airline also get a complementary entry visa for a stay of up to 96-hours.

Boohene added: “The offer comes at an opportune time as it coincides with the Dubai Shopping Festival scheduled to run until 2nd February 2007.

Ghanaian traders and business men and women can take advantage of the stopover and avail of the fantastic shopping opportunities currently available in Dubai. We are confident that this offer will be welcomed by our Ghanaian passengers.”
