Any Animal about to Die Struggles - Oh John Mahama

Unfolding events in both the United States of America and Ghana in regards of the behaviours put up by both the outgoing President Donald Trump and failed Presidential-contestant John Dramani Mahama, go to confirm the veracity of the Akan proverb, "Aboa biara re bewu a 3pere". It simply translates into English as, "Any animal about to die puts up struggle" or better still, "Any dying animal convulses in their death throes"

Both mentioned persons are putting up baseless arguments of fraud against their opponents whom they lost to. In the USA, President Donald Trump lost to the Democrat President-elect Joe Biden in their 3rd November 2020, presidential election. He had since been instituting series of lawsuits of electoral fraud against his rival but without presenting to court any solid evidence to back his preposterous claims of electoral fraud. Similarly, John Dramani Mahama of Ghana has been going about accusing the Electoral Commission of rigging the 7th December 2020 presidential election for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, but he also, is not submitting hard evidence to support his claims.

In both cases, Donald Trump and John Dramani Mahama will fail in their spurious claims to subvert the wish of their countries' electorate to choose the persons of their choice to lead them as president. All their threats to cause mother of all hardships and to unleash unprecedented violence on the citizens of their countries in their attempts to overturn the election results in their favour will fail, if not already failed.

They are both behaving similarly as the proverbial animal in convulsive death throes.

Come noon today, Thursday, 7th January 2021, President-cum-president-elect Nana Akufo-Addo, will have been sworn in as the President of the Republic of Ghana for a second term of four years in office to the joy of the majority of Ghanaians but the dismay of the dimwit NDC faithful. Again, come 20th January 2021, President-elect Joe Biden will be sworn in as the American President irrespective of how much Donald Trump goes inciting his supporters to cause maximum chaos in America.

Both Donald Trump and John Mahama are a disgrace to modern day democratic dispensation. The ancient Greeks would call them idiots, thus, selfish people by their understanding of idiots. Play by the norms of democracy and cease your selfish quests, John Mahama and Donald Trump.
