Below is the NOT THE EXACT PRICE LIST as at Year 2015. This price list is to provide interested parties an idea of the price. The exact price will be determined after each house is designed by the buyer.

1. Buyer to complete the Application form after selection of plot and house type
2. Execution of offer letter
3. Buyer to pay a non-refundable fee of US$5000.00 in full for selection of plot
4. All Payment can be made in either foreign or local currency at equivalent rates of exchange
5. Execution of sales contract

6. Buyer to pay a minimum of 10% deposit of the total cost of the house upon execution of sales contract
7. Construction commences
8. Client fills out material selection form. Selection will be made on various materials such as porcelanosa tiles, marble floors, quartz or granite for kitchen and bathrooms worktop and vanity sets, floor and wall units etc
9. Second payment of 35% of the total cost of the house shall be made no later than 90days after the day sales contract was executed
10. Third payment of 35% of the total cost of the house shall also be made no later than 180 days after the day sales contract was executed
11. Final payment shall be made no later than 240 days from date of first deposit
12. The final balance shall be paid upon completion of the property before the keys to the property are handed over to the purchaser
13. Upon completion, developer will send a final invoice along with a Statement of Account which will indicate the amount of final payment. The final invoice will include total cost of the house and documentation fee (cost of preparation of title of deed, stamp duties, site plan and other relevant documents relevant for transferring the title deeds to buyer.)

14. The buyer shall separately pay for all additions to facilities and/or fixtures requested by the buyer other than those specified to be provided as standard by CHG before completion of the property

15. Keys will be released only when the full outstanding payments have been paid and all documents have been executed
