Npp Uk Rejoinder On Ndc Uk Pro’s Shameful Statement

Our attention has been drawn to an article on the Modern Ghana news portal written by Mr Michael Frempong the NDC UK and Ireland Public Relations and propaganda officer and self-styled executive director of a so called think tank, Ghana First. The statement is signed one Michael Mensah who calls himself secretary for the same group. The statement claims the NPP UK executives and in particular the deputy communications officer Yaw Twum Barima has issues an advice on a slogan; 'drop that YAM' (Your Abysmal Mahama). He also claimed to have carried out some sort of poll. His statement is false, full of mischief and another propaganda stunt by the NDC.

The NDC UK really has significant issues if they issue statements written by one person and signed off by a different person. It's interesting that their executives call themselves executive directors of think tanks that don't exist!

It is unfortunate that Mr Frempong, the NDC UK Propaganda officer stooped so low and indulged in propaganda and personal attacks rather than answer serious questions affecting Ghanaians such as the rising public debt, mismanagement of the economy, 60% increment in electricity and water tariffs in ,daily power cuts, fraudulent judgement debt payments, massive corruption occurring in statement institutions, and at the Presidency, high youth unemployment, poor sanitation, the high cost of food and shortage of kerosene.

We call on all well-meaning Ghanaians to disregard Mr Frempong's statement and treat it with the contempt it deserves. We further call on the NDC to work in the interest of Ghana.
