Asantehene, Techimanhene restore peace

Government's fact-finding delegation to Techiman says peace has been restored between the Asantehene and the Techimanhene.  The Minister of Lands and Forestry, Collins Dauda who was part of the delegation said the message from President Mills has gone down well with the two authorities.

Reports from our correspondent say Techiman is still calm and social and economic activities are going on as normal.  He said the Chairman of the governments fact-finding delegation Brigadier General Nunoo Mensah said President Mills will be briefed on the outcome of the mission.   He said a full-scale investigation will be conducted into the cause of the disturbances.
