The presidential candidate of the CPP,Dr.Paa Kwesi Nduom, says if he wins the presidency,he will ensure that communities within which extractive natural resources are found will be given preference in the sharing of the benefits. Briefing the media on his first quarter campaign in Accra, Dr. Nduom noted that most naturally endowed communities such as Obuasi,Akwatia and Prestea have been neglected while extractive resources have also been taken to benefit foreign investors.
According to him,Ghana under a CPP-led administration will ensure that the people do not suffer in poverty.
