APR 4, 2007 LISTEN

Reggio Emilia is a very rich town in northern Italy in terms of pro-capita income and the place where the Italian “tricolore” national flag was invented more than two hundred years ago. Saturday 31st March 2007 witnessed a wedding event which will be long remembered for the near perfect organisation and the participation of many Italians. The wedding of Isaac Boamah and Susana took place at the Reggio Emilia Assembly of the Church of Pentecost. Never has a Ghanaian marriage ceremony attracted such a large number of Italians in Reggio Emilia. Delivering the sermon Pastor B. Techie Menson Emmanuel Antwi supported by Elder Kwabena Osei and Mark Akore Boateng reminded the gathering that couples should always be faithful to one another as Christ loved the Church. Miss Mary Osei and her group showed a kind of performance that has made her very hot in gospel music circles. Her three songs got everyone on their feet in dancing and joy. We wish Mr. And Mrs Isaac Boamah all the best in their married life and great happiness in this new chapter in their life together. May your love be modern enough to survive the times and old fashioned enough to last forever.
