Businessman Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM 1, has weighed in on the naked video leak scandal involving Ghanaian broadcaster Serwaa Amihere and Henry Amponsah, known also as Henry Fitz.

NAM 1 emphasized that while taking intimate videos carries risks, the true victim in this case—Serwaa Amihere, deserves sympathy and support to recover, not condemnation.

In a post via X on Wednesday, April 10, the Menzgold owner argued that those who leak such content "for an advantage" are the ones who should face rebuke.

"All actions & inactions have consequences. Ideally, to avoid a nude leak scandal, don’t take one though It’s an essential part of a long distance romantic relationship. The one who causes a ‘leak for an advantage’ deserves the condemnation and not the VICTIM. Help her to heal," wrote NAM 1.

The comment comes amid the ongoing police investigation into the leaking of an intimate video showing Serwaa Amihere in bed with businessman Henry Fitz.

Three individuals - Edem Saviour Ketti, Candylove Kwakyewaa Ababio and Henry Amponsah aka Henry Fitz - have been charged by the police over the leaking and sharing of the video without Serwaa's consent.

They face charges including conspiracy, sexual extortion, and the intentional distribution of an intimate visual recording under Ghana's Cyber Security Act.

Serwaa had reportedly been blackmailed and paid an initial sum of GHS25,000 after receiving threats, but the video was still leaked online.
