He further encourages Ghanaians to help in the sustainability process of the country’s democracy by avoiding political violence because individuals have their differences which everyone must respect. It’s the sharing of ideas so opponents should not be seen as enemies.

The New Patriotic Party incumbent parliamentary candidate Hon. Hon. Andy went further to say that education is not all about numeracy and literacy but it’s also about using the hands thus artisans who also contribute to the development of the country. He has therefore given cashew farmers free seedlings, fertilizers, and wellington boots which has boost their production to 17000 acres of land this year. According to him he has also donated 10 hair dryers to trainees of hairdressers especially the disabled and pledged to support artisans in the district.

He, therefore, pleaded with the people of Asante Akyem to consider his achievements and vote massively for NPP come December 7th.

The moderator for the occasion Rev. Father Owusu Mensah Juansa Parish Priest said it was unfortunate the NDC parliamentary candidate could not make it. He however urged all to carry the message to other members in the community especially the procedure for voting demonstrated by the NCCE Director Mr. Seth Obeng.
