The 5th edition of the Bukom Fist of Fury Boxing League lived up to expectations as the 16 bouts event spiced with some juvenile fights went well.

The crowd and management of Deep Sea 68 entertainment centre at James Town were very thrilled with the quality exhibition of amateur boxing and called for more boxing events at the venue.

Bantamweight Samuel Owoo of The Gym fought well but lost to Samuel Takyi of Discipline gym. Light welterweight Abram MacBruce of The Gym also did well but found Samuel O. Lamptey of Discipline too tough.

Middleweight Mubarak Abubakar of The Gym beat Jonathan Tetteh of Discipline as Segbedzi Sampson of The Gym won over Azumah Mohammed of Discipline in a welterweight division.

Quacoo Avorgo of PPBA lost to Bawa Sharif of Wisdom in another interesting welterweight fray.

Dan Otoo Ankra of PPBA was not much for Theo Allotey of Wisdom in their lightweight encounter.

Eric Tetteh of PPBA beat Stephen Addy of Wisdom in a light welterweight contest and Samuel Martey Laryea of PPBA also won over Jacob Nettey of Wisdom in a light welterweight fray.

Alfred Lamptey of bb defeated Stephen Coffie of Bronx gym in a lightweight showdown as bantamweight John Commey of bb lost to sensational Dan Selasi Gorsh of Bronx gym.

Light flyweight Michael Abban of BB won against Philip Ajom of Bronx gym before middleweight David Lamptey of BB also lost to Isaac Neequaye of Bronx Gym.

Bantamweight William Lartey of WM won over Bismark Saah of Fit Square gym.

Alidu Sulemana of WM lost to Nat Suppey of Fit Square in their welterweight fray.

Heavyweight Peter Larbi of WM was no match for Anane Kutsoke of Fit Square in the penultimate match before light heavyweight Dan Larbi was beaten by Ahmed Abdulai of Fit Square gym.

All the clubs/gyms are doing well and Moses Foh Amoaning in much excited also with the conduct of spectators.

George Lamptey, the GBF president and Lord Acquaye treasurer of the GBA expressed their satisfaction with the organization and behaviour of the fans.
