Ghana's telecommunications giant who doubles as the headline sponsor of the FA Cup, MTN will provide 4G internet service at the Tamale Sports Stadium for the final of the 2017 FA Cup on Sunday, 29 October 2017.
The chairman of the FA Cup Committee, Kurt E.S Okraku made this known to the public at Tuesday's press conference held in Tamale.
The wifi service is meant to facilitate the work of the media during who will be covering the final.
This is the first time the media will benefit from free internet service in any locally-organized football competition.
The 2017 MTN FA Cup final, under the promotional name 'Unmissable', will be contested between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
