The host of Peace FM's flagship program "Kokrokoo", Kwami Sefa Kayi has suggested that the Zylofon Cash Premier League must be suspended following the expose of corruption in the country's football.
Ace investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas premiered his latest exposé dubbed "Number 12" at the Accra International Conference Centre on Wednesday.
In the documentary, top officials of the Ghana FA, referees and other personalities were caught on accepting bribes from Tiger PI reporters to fix one match and influence player selection.
In view of this, the award-winning journalist feels the GFA should be dissolved immediately to help restore the image of Ghana's football.
"Dissolve the Ghana Football Association, suspend the league and Ghana international assignments should be put on hold," he said.
Meanwhile, the GFA in a statement has assured that there will be no attempt of a cover-up or shield of any member caught in alleged acts of corruption.
