The National Investment Bank (NIB) on Sunday held a colourful thanksgiving service to thank God at the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Accra.
The event brought together board members, management members and staff from all the bank's branches in Ghana to thank God for successful operations in 2017.
Rev Dr Fred Deegbe, President of the Ghana Baptist Convention, the keynote speaker for the event, commenting on the theme culled from Ecclesiastes 3:11, said God designed everything on earth and man must always remember to appreciate Him.
He said God saved NIB and its current crop of board, management and staff from any unfortunate incidents in the past year.
Rev Dr Deegbe reminded the workers that in this period in the history of the earth, they had been engaged by God to contribute their quota to humankind through the different portfolios they occupy at the bank and society.
He therefore urged them to be sober, diligent and hardworking to achieve their God-given goals.
