Cpp Sends Message To Kenyans

Dear President Uhuru Kenyatta,
On behalf of members of the CPP in Ghana and abroad, we offer our deepest condolences to the families of the 147 students massacred at Garissa yesterday. We also send our prayers for a full and speedy recovery for those who were injured as a result of this senseless attack.

What grieves us most is that such an atrocity was perpetrated, ostensibly by fellow Africans, from

across your borders.
Whilst we accept that family members may from time to time have differences, we reject categorically the use of such cruel and senseless acts, for settling scores.

We mourn with Kenya and Africa today the loss of so many young and promising lives that have

been tragically cut short or disabled and pray that your wise intervention and leadership at such a painful period in the history of Kenya will bring about the lasting restoration of peace in Somalia and Kenya.
