Prudential Bank opens branch at Afful-Nkwanta in Kumasi

Prudential Bank Limited is making strides to promote the Socio-Economic development of Ghana through quality banking services in some communities, its deputy Managing Director said on Friday.

The Bank will also continue to provide financial assistance to industry and all development oriented projects to help create employment.

Mrs Mary Brown, Deputy Managing Director (Banking Operations) said this at the opening of the Afful Nkwanta branch of the Bank in Kumasi.

The first branch of the Bank was opened in Kumasi in November 2001, and the Bank now has 17 branches and two agencies throughout the country.

Cumulatively, Prudential bank has 11 branches and one Agency located in Accra, two branches in Kumasi, two branches and one Agency in Tema and one branch in Takoradi.

Mrs. Brown noted that Prudential Bank provides all the modern and technology based banking services and products to indigenous Ghanaian Small and Medium Scale Enterprises.

The facilities include ATM facilities, SMS Banking, Accounts Transfer between Accounts, Mini Statement Generation and Reports on Successful and Unsuccessful Execution.

Mrs Brown said the Bank will soon introduce internet services.

She advised customers to open Forex and Foreign Accounts with the Bank in order to obtain deposit at very attractive interest rates.
