
NEWMONT GHANA Gold Limited has appointed Ms Adiki Ofeibea Ayitevie as the new Regional Communications Manager of the company.
She has more than 12 years' experience in communications.
Prior to her appointment, Ms Ayitevie was responsible for external communications and later, the communications and market research services of SG-SSB Limited.
She has also worked as a Senior Information Officer in the publications and media relations units of the Volta River Authority and as a journalist and deputy news editor for Public Agenda, an Accra-based private newspaper.
Commenting on her appointment, Newmont Ghana's Director, Corporate and External Affairs, Africa, Dr Chris Anderson said: “Adiki brings with her well honed public relations skills that are crucial to this critical role and we are delighted to have a person of her caliber at Newmont Ghana.”

Ms Ayitevie is a graduate of the University of Cape-Coast and School of Communications Studies, University of Ghana, Legon.
