PRESIDENT OF the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Mr Kwesi Nyantakyi has urged Ghanaian Muslims to use the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha to pray for the nation to win the upcoming Ghana 2008 soccer fiesta.
In a congratulatory message, the GFA Boss wished all Muslims well, adding, “Thank God, this is an opportunity for all Muslims to remember our Black Stars in their prayers; for we believe just as we pray and work that the Ghana will carry the Nations Cup come February 2008.”
Nyantakyi thanked the government for making it possible for the Muslim pilgrims to perform this year's Hajj.
