The South African Chapter of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Council of Elders Chair, Mr. Benjamin Kofi Quashie has commended H. E. President Mahama for being visionary in maintaining Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang as his running mate for the 2024 general elections.

In a statement issued on Friday, 8th March, 2024, and signed by Mr. Benjamin Quashie, he avers that it is with immense pride and profound appreciation that they commend the flag bearer, H.E John Dramani Mahama, for his visionary decision to appoint Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang as his running mate for the second time.
