Agyei Kwaku Yeboah, known in ministry as Kwaku Yeboah KayT, is a passionate gospel minister, worship leader, singer, songwriter, and music director who continues to inspire a new generation of believers through music and prayer.
He is the founder and leader of New Generation, a vibrant music and prayer group based in Sunyani, dedicated to nurturing a fresh wave of worshippers. Established in 2018 with just 20 members, the group has grown to over 120, including musicians, vocalists, and other ministry partners, all united under the theme “A Generation Is Rising.”
Through their spirit-filled programs such as April Experience, Songs for Hope and Healing, and The Outpouring, New Generation has drawn thousands of worshippers from across the country. These gatherings have become powerful platforms for revival, renewal, and deeper encounters with God.
Speaking to our correspondent in Sunyani, Kwaku Yeboah KayT shared that he draws inspiration from renowned gospel ministers such as Joe Mettle, Dunsin Oyekan, and Nathaniel Bassey. Together with his team, he remains committed to raising worship leaders and giving them opportunities to use their gifts to bless others.
He revealed that several notable gospel ministers have emerged from the group, including Fred Bonsu, Minister Justice, Abi Moss, Niki Mensah, and Minister Desmond. Many others now serve as worship leaders, music directors, and producers across various churches and ministries.
The group’s outreach also extends to schools such as St. James Seminary and Senior High School, Sunyani Senior High School, and Bechem PRESEC, where they have witnessed moments of revival and transformation. New Generation also organizes retreats and camp meetings that provide believers with time for prayer, reflection, and spiritual growth.
As a solo artist, Kwaku Yeboah KayT has released several soul-stirring songs that inspire renewal and lead listeners into heartfelt worship. His EP, which features Waye Bi Da with Luigi McClean, Great Are You Lord, and three other tracks, showcases his passion for authentic gospel music. He has also released singles including All I Want and Greater Is He, songs that reflect God’s healing power and the hope He offers.
The 34-year-old minister, who attended Prempeh College in Kumasi and later earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) in Sunyani, has devoted the past seven years to ministering God’s word through prayer, music, and outreach.
He is currently preparing for his next major event, “The Outpouring,” scheduled for November 23 at TOP Church (The Glory Center) in Sunyani at 5:00 PM—an encounter that promises to be filled with powerful worship and divine transformation.
