A chilling account shared by an X (formerly Twitter) user has left social media users stunned, telling of a Nigerian man whose family’s journey home reportedly turned into a paranormal mystery.
According to the viral post, the man, who had been living abroad with his foreign wife and three children, decided to travel to Nigeria to reunite with his family. The trip began like any other, but events soon took a disturbing turn.
As they approached his family compound, the man allegedly told his wife he needed to stop briefly at a nearby store and instructed her to proceed with the children to the house. Though she suggested they enter together, he insisted she go ahead. Minutes later, when he failed to return, she went looking for him but was told no one matching his description had passed through.
Assuming he might already be with his relatives, she continued to the family home, only to be confronted with a shocking revelation. The family claimed the man she described had been dead for more than a decade. They even showed her his grave, deepening the horror of the encounter.
The bizarre tale has since spread rapidly across social media, sparking heated debates. Some users believe it to be an urban legend or fabricated story, while others interpret it as a spiritual or paranormal occurrence. Regardless of its authenticity, the account has generated widespread intrigue, fear, and speculation online.
