MTTU issues warrant against 39 drivers

The Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) on
Monday issued a bench warrant against 39 drivers who failed to appear in

court for various traffic offences.
A statement signed by Chief Inspector Zenge Cyprian Macarthy said the action against the drivers was part of the MTTU's efforts to ensure sanity

on the roads by strict enforcement of the traffic laws and regulations.

The drivers include Alex Nti, Jose Anthonio, Olabisi Ahmed, Samuel

Aboagye, Kofi Larbi, Assif Kojo, Tettey Emmanuel, Joseph Kodoto, Samuel

Akromah and Ebenezer Oklu.
Others are Samuel Ofow, Isaac Esubonteng, Samuel Owusu, Adolph Kpotuse, Larbi Ebenezer, Peter Quansah, Kwaku Acheapong, Bernard Yarboe, Nana Kweku Opong and Mohammed Kassim.

The following were not left out: Abdul Rahim, Appiah Francis, Cobbla Peter, Collins Ampofo, Eddy Agbeko, Charlse Wodetoi, Hellen Offi Agyakum, Boateng Anthony and Awudu Ibrahim.

The remaining are Afriyie Owusu, Andrew Narh, Dr. Kwateng Odetie Emefa, Jeseph Amanatey, Alhasan Fuseni, Kutim Mensah N. Samwu, Daniel Lamptey, Amanyo Wisdom and Tettey Daniel Nii Annan.

The MTTU called on the members of the public who may have any information on any of these drivers to contact the nearest Police station.
