The newly appointed Board Chairman of Asante Kotoko, James Osei Brown, has made his first official appearance with the club’s technical team and players, promising steadfast support for their efforts on and off the pitch.
The introduction took place during Wednesday’s training session at Adako Jachie, where Interim Management Committee (IMC) Chairman Nana Apinkra Akwasi Awuah formally presented Osei Brown to the squad.
Speaking to the players and coaching staff, Osei Brown reaffirmed his commitment to the team while encouraging them to stay focused and determined ahead of Sunday’s league clash against Nations FC.
The meeting highlighted the board’s intention to strengthen ties with the playing body as Kotoko aims to regain momentum in the Ghana Premier League.
The Porcupine Warriors, currently fifth on the league table with 39 points, hope to draw motivation from the chairman’s visit as they prepare for Matchday 26 at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Osei Brown is joined on the board by Kwasi Osei Ofori and Kofi Amoa-Abban, who also serve as board members.
