
Accra February 6, 2012– MTN Ghana has introduced a new campaign to reward existing subscribers. The reward package, MTN Just4U, consists of free airtime, bonus on recharge and other interesting offers.
MTN Just4U is the latest in the portfolio of services being offered by MTN Ghana to reward customers based on their tenure, average revenue per user and lifestyle.
As part of the package, pre-paid customers will receive notifications about rewards being offered to them on segmented platforms. Customers may dial 515 or send 'JFU' to 515 to determine what their unique offers are.
Commenting on the service, The Corporate Services Executive of MTN Ghana, Mrs Cynthia Lumor, said, “The MTN Just4U campaign is to reward MTN subscribers for their continued loyalty. We understand the needs of our cherished customers and we know that every customer is unique in his or her own way. We are happy to offer them fantastic rewards which will enable them enjoy more value for their money”.
She added, “MTN is always exploring innovative ways of rewarding its subscribers. Customers can be assured of more exciting moments on the network”.
MTN recently launched fantastic offers on the Blackberry platform successfully. The company also introduced the MTN Directory service to enable subscribers have access to contact numbers of various institutions and companies in the country.
